The second meeting for Ip6 users took place on April 15th of 2010 at Barcelona’s Atenea Mar hotel.

Joan Sansalvador, the President of the Ip6 Users Club and the main responsible for the Expansion, welcomed everyone to the meeting. He was followed by Juli Orihuela, Labware Commercial Director, who presented the guests with the company's current state and Testar participation as the SVS group's referent shareholder. During such presentation, the audience was informed about the good results that Labware obtained the previous year. In fact, it is expected that 2009’s trend will continue throughout 2010 and that it will consolidate Labware's internationalization strategy for South America based on the offices located in Argentina, Sao Paulo and the North of Africa.

Then, it was Andrés Pérez, Director of Operations and Innovations, who presented the functions that have been implemented in the Ip6 new version. Many of them were the results of the suggestions made by its users during last year’s meeting. Oliver Géa, support responsible, explained the management of incidences through the website used by almost all the customers and the functioning and service data volume.

One of the most interesting aspects for the users was presented by Cristóbal Ramos. It was the integration of Intelligence Business tools for tapping into information in real time, or in statistics organized by periods. Labware has chosen Atlas SBI, integrating it to Ip6 to control graphically every indicator, whether they were predefined by Labware or any of its users in order to ease the decision making process.
